I haven't done a weekly menu in ages. We spent the last eight weeks eating food from the freezer that we made before Mary was born, easy-to-prepare meals or dishes other people kindly cooked for us.
But now that she's eight weeks old we are going to start cooking again. So here is what is on the menu for this week:
Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches (I made extra to freeze)
Slow-Cooker Spaghetti (Peter made extra to freeze)
Steamed carrots and broccoli
Broccoli and Carrot Casserole
Slow Cooker Chili (from the freezer)
